type='text'>Diet</title><content type='html'>In reguards to dieting here is what I suggest to someone of average build hitting the gym a few times a week&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dont eat foods that have a wrapper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also dont drink anything that has calories in it&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dont eat any sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enjoy eating but dont have more than 2 pieces of fruit a day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;eat vegtables&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eat high protien, moderate carbs, and fat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;eat more carbs in the early part of the day and after workouts and fats with protein and vegtables at the other times&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;protein "shakes" are for around your workout and maybe with breakfast ONLY they are not to be used as meals&lt;br
